BIY Construction Supplies offers an extensive product range including, however not limited to, Expansion Joint Foam, Bitumen Impregnated Foam, Open and Closed Cell Backing Rods, Builders Film, Dampcourses, and specialised products such as PE and EPDM Foams. We also provide die-cutting and slitting services for our foam products.
Our flagship products’ BIYCELL (polyethylene foam products) and BIYSEAL (bitumen impregnated polyurethane foam) are now household names within the construction industry. Over the journey a more diversified range of closed and open cell polyethylene, polyurethane and nitrile rubber products have been introduced and now distributed throughout Australia for various applications.

In 2018, the first phase of the Wingfield factory and warehouse expansion was completed, increasing storage capacity by 50%. The second phase, which began in February 2025, will replace the original warehouse and foam processing facility with a larger, state-of-the-art warehouse and production facility. This new facility will enhance storage capacity while optimizing and streamlining foam processing operations.
